Jammu, Nov 22: Non compliance of DB's order passed in a desealing of a small house of an Army Jawan by JDA.
Army Jawan, had just constructed small rooms in an interior of a village in Datti Talab in Birpur road for his family during his leave period but the JDA bosses sealed the house of Army soldier by quoting different acts for the reasons best known to the concerned officers.
The matter was personally conveyed to Officers, Tehsildar & Khilaf Warzi Wing of JDA to help as per his request made that will stop construction & rest will after submitting building permission but nothing was done by JDA bosses by showing their super powers.
Therafter, Honble Court was approached, an order was passed, but JDA did not implement the High Court orders, but thereafter DB headed by Honble Chief Justice passed orders & stayed order of JDA dated. 11.09.2021, which was properly served to JDA bosses with due receipt on 09.10.2021.
Now, it is a serious matter of concern that family of Jawan informed Cross Town News that, Tehsildar & others said that they will deseal the house on 26th October but why despite after passing of 42 days of clear Court order could not understood by the innocent wife of the jawan, who is requesting time & again to JDA bosses.
Till today despite lapse of 42 days JDA bosses are playing delay tactics despite orders by Honble Chief Justice, which otherwise speaks of super powers of JDA over law & courts.
Now, it is a big question on incompetant bosses of JDA that on main road of said area, just up to 1 km upside from where JDA Officials entered in interior of the village to seal a very small house of an army Jawan, they will find big constructions existing on main roard which neither JDA Officers/Tehsildar nor KWI had a look at.
Pertinent to mention here that even Bosse of JDA were informed to have a visit to the said area to see the intentions of Tehsildar/Khilafwarzi wing & above all of his incompetant STP, who had withhold a building permission nearby that area by quoting different acts but despite nearby the said proposal are big construction, which shall detect a big scam in JDA as a whole & complaints stand e mail to Boss of JDA.
