Leh, Nov 18: Secretary to Ladakh UT, Ravinder Dangi & DC Leh, SBS Suse were appericiated by the people of the extreme rural area of Leh for electrifying the villiage and brighting the people life of Dungti, which is the first Tibetan refugee village near LAC border area in shortest span of time.
People of the area conveyed thank you and sad "thank you so much once again for showering yours gracious blessing on us and we are deeply grateful".
