Jammu, Nov 12: J&K is a den of illegalities to harass innocents in open violation of Law & rules but Govt sleeps.
STP, JDA has adopted pick & choose in sanctioning of the building permissions of some ones by taking some kind of Affidavits in case of less road widths as required in MP-2032 without any authority of taking such Affidavits as proposed roads in MP-2032 has to be otherwise established by JDA itself, which is never bothered by any of the boss of JDA and Town Planning Organization, which is itself adopting different yardsticks in commercial building permissions of JMC/JDA in UTEIC issue.
However, recently JDA again done an illegality, after sleeping even for years of construction of house of ex Dy CM , issued a notice under section 7(1), which is otherwise supposed to be issued during illegal construion if any, speaks of their malafidies & lack of knowledge of their Acts/Laws over the issue.
However, ex Dy CM was constrained to file a case in J&K Special Tribunal, following which it issued a notice to so called BOCA, VC, KWI to appear in person or through Advocate on today.
