Jammu, November 09: Dheeraj Gupta, Pr Secretary, H&UDD has touched one more milestone by issuing new Building bye Laws in H&UDD, which will give relief to innocents, which were being harassed by concerned CTP/STP/ATPs for the reasons best known to them.
Pertinent to mention here that new Bye Laws issued are very much clear & self speaking & now Poeple will not have to play in the hands of STP/ATPs because a unique type of terms & conditions havebeen framed under the technical control of Dheeraj Gupta.
It is also well aware of the fact that by leaving whole J&K one side even STPs of so called Town Planning Organisation using different yard sticks in JMC & JDA w.r.t. of Srinagar in one serious issue for which both the authoritys preferred to closed their eyes till CTN pricked them.
STPs were harassing innocents for their building permissions by adopting their own powers & live example of so called STP of JDA did it by rejecting a permission at Birpur in open violations of so called MP-2032 & it stands informed to the concerned VCs regarding the issue but till date VCs could not understood the clear issue as no spot visit.
However, now one more superpowers of authorities can be observed from the episode that if Govt had issued new Building Bye Laws on 09.10.2021, why not has been implemented by STPs of JDA?
It clearly speaks of non complaince of Govt orders by TP level officers which are needed to be acted upon by the Govt for open non compliance, which otherwise speaks of deriliction of duties on the parts of concerned officers & otherside intentional harassment to innocents, who want legal building permissions.
