Jammu, November 01: LG's Administrations since the date of take over speaks of eradication of corruption & transparency and manged to do on certain quantity , but still some issues.
Recently, Government ordered with delegation of powers for transfers of Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar/Patwaris etc etc & thereafter DCs immediatly started firing transfer orders in violation of so called Govt's instructions for transfers in April of every year only but in some urgency should be through GAD?
Since long Govt was planning to shift Patwaris to their original districts of appointment, who with political influence managed out of district postings of their choice & were enjoying since long in other districts.
Now below snapshot speaks the powers of one Patwari, who despite of shifting of other 23 Patwaris to original districts again managed him self in Jammu, North since he was there since three years approx.
It could not understood that how the said Patwari was missed by DC Office Jammu & still working in the same jurisdiction since approx 3 years & thereafter not processed to Div Com Office , for further transfer by Div Com Jammu, who transferred other 23 Patwaris in setting the system right.
One Naib Tehsildar, Sajjad, as his transfer by DC Jammu Office just speaks of a joke of the day as he was transferred in the same zone of same SDM(North) & if shall looked into the jurisdiction from where he was & where has been transferred shall speak of what?
