Dy CM visited GMC Jammu to enquired about the health of people injured in cross border firing


 

JAMMU, OCTOBER 28- Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh has expressed grief and sorrow over the killings of civilians in the ongoing cross-border firing.

In a condolence message, the Deputy Chief Minister has expressed shock over the loss of lives and conveyed his sympathies to the members of the bereaved families.  He also prayed for peace to the departed souls.

Two civilians have been killed in ceasefire violation by Pakistan forces on LoC today.

One Lady named Isma Begum (50), W/O Abdul Rehman of Mendhar in Poonch and a young boy Ajay S/O Rattan Chand of Gigiryal in Chamb sector have been died in the cross border firing.

Deputy Chief Minister also visited GMC Jammu and enquired about the health of people injured the in cross border firing. Dr Singh was apprised about the condition of the injured persons and the treatment being provided to them in the hospital.

Deputy Chief Minister directed the hospital authorities to provide best medical treatment to the border people injured in the firing. He asked them to remain vigilant round the clock to treat the people having severe injuries in ongoing ceasefire violation.
