JAMMU, Oct 25: In the high court at Jammu, Hon’ble Justice D.S.Thakur paased an order to pass consideration order within a period of four weeks to Commissioner/Secretary Revenue / Planning otherwise to appear in person in next date of hearing. In case of non appearancebailablewarents bond of to the tune of Rs. 10,000 shall follow with cost of Rs. 25,000.
This order was passed by hearing the councils from both the sides that case for promotion of petitioners was not considered on the analogy of similar situated persons.The said order was passed in the writ petition filed by Harbhjan Singh & other v/s state & ors.
