J&K Government has made amendment  in the J&K Insurance Fund Rules


JAMMU, Oct 20: J&K Government has made amendment  in the Jammu and Kashmir State Insurance Fund Rules.

As per order copy with Cross Town News , the order states " In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to section 124 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the Governor is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the Jammu and Kashmir State Insurance Fund Rules; namely,

1. At the end of Rule 1- the following shall be added as proviso.- "The Government Employees can take insurance policy up to 50 years of age instead of the Existing limit of maximum 48 years of age"

2. State Insurance Fund Schedule of premium rates scheme 'B ' (Endowment Assurance) substituted vide SRO 459 dated 10-12-2010 shall be substituted by the Schedule annexed to this notification. "
