Jammu, July 12: Cross Town News time and again published that there was no ban on sale/purchase of Gair Mumkin Khad nomenclatured Lands by any authority but incompetant Revenue bosses by showing their incompetance & following deriliction of duties & lack of knowledge by not following SR0-456, Master Plan of 2032 & Revenue departments orders of 2016 tregarding lands recorded as Gair Mumkin Khads, water sources & water course till date harsssing innocents & causing loss to Govt exchequer by way of stamp duty to the tune of multi crores per month.
Perinent to mention here that it is not understood that then how Medical Colleges/JDA Colonies etc etc are being constructed in JKUT, which is in open violation of Art 14& 16 of constitution of India but who will bother in JKUT?
However, DC Jammu clarified that there was no any ban on Gair Mumkin Khads & following which DC Rajouri also clarified that there was/is not any ban on sale purchase of such lands & other matters related to on such issue but only ban is on lands which produce fuel & fodder.
Pertinent to mention here that, Rajesh Shavan as VC,JDA also communicated a very clear & factual letter to Pr Secretary H&UDD regarding no any kind of ban on Gair Mumkin Khad lands & other serious issues vide No. VC/PS/2017/1023 dated. 25.09.2017 but as usual Govt is still sleeping over the issue causing loss to govt exchequer.
