JK UT Officers making PSGA/e-office failure: files pending since weeks in top Revenue Office?

Ankit Gupta

Jammu, June 06: Jammu and Kashmir Government again issued lot of instructions for speedy & early disposals of public issues but never bothered to verify on ground by surprise inspections

CTN is in possessions of proofs of delays of important public issues in diffferent departments like H&UDD, Law etc etc but above all is DC Office Jammu/Kathua & office of FCR/Pr Secretary, Revenue.

One top most issue is of harassment by above offices to JKUT innocents on negligence on their part regarding the issue of openly wrong interpretation of  J&K State Water Regulation & Management Act of, 2010 in section-3, by which only water source were to be treated as Govt property but officers of Revenue department despite clarification vide SRO 456 dated 25th October, 2017 still sleeping over the issue clearly proves deriliction of duties & lack of knowledge on their part.

2nd issue is of  despite acquiring of lands of innocents prefer to sleep over land compensation cases for reasons best known to them adds one more feather of harassment/deriliction of duties on the part of Revenue Officers?

Pertinent to mention here that if luckily files are cleared by DC Office, it are withhold by bosses sitting in the secretariat & one example as reported, a file of such nature & other are waiting for its turn in the office of top Revenue Boss since more than two weeks for further action, proves the open failure of so called PSGA & e-office and no action over complaints of harassment/illagalities over non compliance of MHA's  SO 3808 dtd 26th Oct.2020, forwarded by LG/Advisors offfice since ending November, 2020 onwards for actions & report.

Also need to see to delay in disposals by top bosses followed by disposals by so called Nodal Officers regarding disposal of Grievances forwarded by so called Govt grievance Cell & other related matters to, which will openly speak of working of officers.
