Jammu, May 28: One of the most honest & competant Officer, Arun Mehta after considered by a high power committee has been posted as Chief Secretary of JKUT.
His working as Financial Commissioner Finance has set right the system in Jammu and Kashmir , which had made a history of reforms and it wont be easy for any one to repeat such feat.
Administrative Experts told Cross Town News that whether be Financial system or Liquor trade, he has set the tone.
Now, by considering his working & honesty, after taking over as Chief Secretary, many incompetant IAS/KAS Officers are worried , as their disposals as per dates in so called e-office can be verified , which will detect an incompetance/deriliction of duties on the part of some officer, who can easily be reccomended as deadwoods as per relevant Aricles.
Failure of Govt Grievance Cell had made the system silent over complaints & month wise disposals since years shall speak working of cell & Live example of failure can be proved from no disposal of Grievance No. 999001100747 & 999001100781 filed on 14th March, 2019 pending with Offices of Div Com/Deputy Commissioner, Jammu followed by many more.
RTI's are not bothered by officers of top offices of Deputy Commissioners, others, different yard stick used by H&UDD for implementation of UTEIC in Jammu/ Kashmir & even in JMC/JDA, Non implementation of SRO-456 of 25th October, 2017 in Section 5(2) by Div Com/Deputy Commissiioners & above all open non implementation of S0 3808 dtd 26 th October 2020 issued by MHA by which Revenue laws were repealed but Pr Secretary Revenue/FCR/Div Com/DC's are still sleeping over files to harass the innocent public over Gair Mumkin Khad lands issues speaks of failure of system in JKUT.
