JAMMU, Apr 20: LG J&K Manoj Sinha ordered that Only 50 percent Shops to open in Market Complexes/Malls /Bazaars in Municipal/Urban Local Bodies aread of 20 districts on alternate basis in J&K amid rising Covid cases.
