JAMMU, Mar 30: Second Councillor also succumbed to injuries after Terrorists fired outside meeting venue, where a Councillor and one SPO died on Monday.
The second councillor, Shams-ud-Din Peer, injured in the Sopore attack yesterday succumbed to his injuries this morning.
