Jammu, March 26: The Division Bench comprisig of Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Sindhu Sharma has kept in abeyance the Central Administrative Tribunal direction for the stoppage of the salary of the Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
Afte hearing both sides the DB ordered “Until further orders of this Court, the direction for the stoppage of the salary of the Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir shall remain in abeyance.”
