Jammu, March 07: DC Office Jammu does not bother for CPPIL No.08 of 2016 order dated. 31st October, 2017/SRO 456 in Section 5(2), FCR's orders dtd. 22nd October, 2020 nor MHA's orders vide SO 3808 dated. 26th October, 2020 speaks of their super powers & otherwise delay tactics ,which is proved from the reply of 2nd top commander of DC Office, Jammu.
It is the proved case of delay in justice is denial of justice & in other words delaying of issue intentially speaks of corruption is a live proof in the said issue as FCR issued some directions on 22 Octber, 2020 but the DC office replied in para 1 that no information means not implemented by the bosses & reply to para 4 speaks of the Act/Section which FCR illegally used to harass innocents in order dated. 22.10.2020 stands repealed by MHA in SO 3808 of 26th October, 2020 but DC Office till date superceeding that SO.
However, the RTI reply if gone throughly speaks of open delay tactics.
