Jammu, March 02: A police party of PS Bagh-e-Bahu led by SHO PS Bagh-e-Bahu Inspr. Kirti Sharma while on naka duty rounded up a suspect namely Umer Ahmed S/O Nisar Ahmed R/O Julaka Mohalla Baramulla A/P Last Morh Bagh-e-Bahu Jammu.
On search 18 gms of heroin was recovered from him. On this, case FIR No. 16/2021 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act got registered at P/S Bagh-e-Bahu and the accused got arrested.
Jammu Police under SSP Shridhar Patil is striving hard and taking every possible step to make people especially youth aware to eradicate drug menace.
