Jammu, Feb 26: Wine Shop owners of JKUT filed a SLP in Supreme Court of India against the orders of DB by which lot of Excise issues were questioned by the court by dismissing the appeals of wine traders.
After the decision, wine shop trader filed a SLP for quashment of DB's order but Supreme Court dismissed the SLP & uphold the orders passed by J&K High Court.
As per details with Cross Town News ,Excise Policy 2021 says that the new procedure for allotments of wine shops shall be published by JKUT Govt.
