Jammu, Feb 22: Prime Minister Narinder Modi is likely to address the closing ceremony of Khelo India at Gulmarg on 2 March and inaugurate the Qazigund-Banihal tunnel on the Srinagar-Jammu highway on the same day.
The new tunnel will provide relief to the people in Kashmir.
