Chandigarh, Feb 09: Haryana High court passes judgement in favour of increasing divorce alimony allowance if the spouse's salary increases.
One, Varun Jagota had challenged the order of the Panchkula Family Court & court passed the order after dismissing a petition filed by a husband.
Varun challenged the order of the Panchkula Family Court after which the case was taken up by the High Court. The Family Court had increased the wife’s interim allowance from Rs 20 thousand to Rs 28 thousand after the husband received a raise at work.
