Jammu, Jan 30: On 27-01-2021, a written complaint was lodged in P/S Nowabad by one person namely Raj Kumar S/o Bansi Lal Khajuria R/o Ashok Nagar Canal road Jammu that three persons obstructed the way of his cousin brother namely Vikas Khajuria S/o Girdari Lal and attacked him with sharp edged weapon.
On this, a Case FIR No. 20/21 U/s 341/307/34/IPC, 4/27 Arms act was registered at PS Nowabad. After this, special police teams of P/S Nowabad under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs Swati Sharma were constituted.
The team led by I/C PP Talab Tillo SI Kali Charan connected various links and finally arrested three accused namely 1.) Nelansh Mehra S/o Rattan Lal 2.) Rahil Bhagat S/o Kasturi Lal 3.) Sahil Mehra S/o Jagmohan R/o Bhagwati Nagar from Udhampur district.
During sustained questioning, accused confessed their crime.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
