Jammu, Jan 15: There are some misunderstandings going on regarding fixation of seniorities of concerned, who were appointed under PM's Spl package for return & rehabilitation of Kashmiri migrants in Jammu and Kashmir, but these posts were to be governed by J&K Migrant (Special Drive) Recruitment, 2009.
As per details with Cross Town News, a clarification issued by Disaster Managent, Relief & Rehabilitation clearly read that SRO-202 of 2015 is not applicable for such recruitments.
It has been also clarified that these posts are supernumary posts & not borne on the establishment of any department, so why there can never be a clash between the seniority of other recruitments.
