JAMMU, Dec 8: Former MLA from Ramnagar RS Pathania has figured in the lists released by the administration pertaining to Roshni cases, as per report.
RS Pathania name was not mentioned directly in the list, Bhupinder Singh Pathania, father and Jagdev Singh grandfather of Ranbir Singh Pathania, their names figured in the list, sources said in the Majalta list.
Pathania's aide said we will file defamation case against the officials for dragging him in the list as land is not in his possession and also not made any entry of same.
