Jammu, December 2: Justice Rajesh Bindal being a senior-most Judge is likely to take over as Acting Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court .
Sources told Cross Town News that after superannuation of present Chief Justice, Justice Gita Mittal on December 8, Bindal is likely to be Acting Chief Justice.
Justice Bindal is known for quick disposals of cases.
