Katra: Rishi Kapoor S/O Kewal Krishan R/O Bakshi Nagar Jammu A/P Jij Chowk Katra reported at P/S Katra and lodged a written complaint to the effect that one Vijay Kumar S/O Yash Paul Singh R/O Jammu A/P Rameshwari Hotel Banganga road Katra involved in IPL crickets betting/ lottery and also cheated to the peoples of Katra town and the accused also cheated to the applicant and looted some cash and some articles just like Led, blanket etc. On this complaint, a case FIR No 179/20 u/s 420/294- A IPC stands registered at PS Katra and investigation of the case entrusted to SI Bharat Singh.
During the further investigation the accused namely Vijay Kumar arrested and three mobiles,01 register and 01 diary were seized from his possession. The bank details of the accused are yet to be ascertained .Further investigations of the case is going on.
