Jammu, October 21: In first Lieutenant overnor constituted so called Grievance Cell to sort out public issues at the earliest, a very good move but the nature of J&K bosses could not understood by him as they dont bother for instructions on ground because no body was severely punished for its non compliances,.
Now, it is a question, who will act on top bosses of the state for making grievance cell as a failure, otherwise it shall remains as an eye wash to show efficiency of administration...?
Grievance No. 999001100747, 999001100781 dated 14th March 2018 over an public issues pending in the office of Div Com, Deputy Comissioner, Jammu, means pending since 1 year 9 months speaks of efficiency of JK Bosses.
No. 999001483495 dtd, 06.08.2020, No. 999001438406 dtd.2.07.2020 over an serious issue of unnecessary delay for disposal by FCR/Pr Secretary Revenue over a reccomendations of DC Jammu dtd.07.01.2020, which is not of his concernas per section 5(2) of SRO 456 of October 2017 dtd 25th Oct 2017.
It is to see by LG Office that what reasons felt necessary to file Grievance No. 999001575104, 999001575136 dtd 4th October, 2019 against DC Samba Office because his subordinates slept over the issue reccomended by Pr Secreatary Rev & thereafter by DC/SSP Samba on 25.06.2020 to SDM Vijaypur/SHO Bari Brahmna over an issue of woman harassment but bosses slept over the issue till date, which is otherwise a matter of concern.
Now, Govt again issued orders vide No 28-JK(GAD) of 2000 dated: 21.10.2020 over the same issue by appointing Nodal Officers but shall be again a failure till actions are taken on so called Nodal Officers for previous delays.
