First blasting for construction of Zojila Tunnel

SRINAGAR Oct 15: First blasting for construction of Zojila Tunnel takes place in Ganderbal district.

Zojila Tunnel will provide all-weather connectivity between Srinagar, Dras, Kargil and Leh regions.

The Zozila tunnel, will be Asia’s longest bi-directional tunnel road at 14.15 kilometres,
