KATHUA, Oct 13:The Kathua cricket  premier league was  inaugurated by IGP Jammu Mukesh Singh on Tuesday.

SSP Kathua Shailendra Mishra said the the league will be played  following all the SOPs.

IGP Jammu Mukesh Singh wished good luck to Teams.
