PYC Celebrated its 56th Foundation Day in Jammu

JAMMU, Aug 09:  A function  of JK Pradesh Youth Congress was held at R.S. Pura  to celebrate its 56th Foundation Day. On this occasion  Mr. Pranav Shagotra- President PYC hoisted  Youth Congress Flag and  administered  oath to the youth congress  functionaries and ask to work for the all sections of the society and for the country and also encourage youth to join congress party hence strengthen the party at grass root level.       

PYC President was accompanied by  S/Shri Rajvir Singh Manhas  General Secretary PYC, Balbir Singh Secretary PYC, Chetan Wanchoo PYC Spokesperson, Charanjeet Singh (Cheeku) Lok Sabha President, Sachin Gupta  LYC Secretary,  Khushwant Singh, Vijay Tagotra AYC Presidents, Virinder  Pratap Singh.

Speaking  on the occasion Mr.  Pranav Shagotra lambasted BJP led NDA Government for its failure on all fronts. He said that woes of the common masses are compounding with every passing day due to misdeeds of the NDA Government.  He said that every section of the society, be it farmers, students, women and youth are facing hardship of the wrong policies being propagated by the NDA government headed by BJP. The alienation among young generation is increasing with every passing day due to wrong policies of NDA Government.

Referring to Kashmir turmoil, Mr. Shagotra said that it is the outcome of  wrong policies of Centre and State  Govt. and both the governments are responsible for the  present situation of the State. He demanded  imposition of Governor rule in the State without further loss of time.     

Shagotra further said that during the last two years prices of the essential commodities are touching sky and the government at the helm of the affairs is protecting interests of the some business houses. He mentioned that farmers are committing suicide in many parts of the country but NDA Government is more worried about big business houses.
