Jammu, September 24: Enquiry Committee was constituted by Government to report on incidence of shortage of oxygen leading death of a patient & in turn it proved mismanagement on part of Hospital Administration but no ations on Medical Superintendent of GMC, who is meant for to sort out such kind of administrative issues of GMC as he was also on duty for most of the period and person who was supended had joined recently.
