NEW DELHI, August 5: A petition has been filed against the Ex - CM of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah for alleged wrong disclosure of assets in the affidavit submitted to the election commission in the 2014.
Supreme Court Lawyer, Ajay Agrawal petitioned that Omar Abdullah did not completely disclose the immovable and movable assets in the name of not only his wife but also his two children who are dependent on him, reports said.
In the affidavit, Omar has kept his assets separate from Payal’s and has mentioned not applicable in the column where Payal’s movable and immovable assets are to be mentioned, where Omar abdullah had filed for divorce in 2013.
