Srinagar, July 14: Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari urged the government of India to establish a separate bench of Central Administrative Tribunal in Srinagar so as to do justice with thousands of employees who cannot afford to visit and stay in Jammu to pursue adjudication of their service related grievances.
However, Bukhari while appreciating the functioning of CAT bench in Jammu said the employees of Kashmir division need a separate circuit bench in Srinagar in view of tough terrain and harsh climatic conditions of the region.
