JAMMU, July 13: Anti-Corruption Bureau Kashmir presented Charge Sheet in Case FIR No. 45/2007 U/S 5(1) (e) r/w 5(2) PC Act. Svt. 2006 P/S ACB against accused Parvaiz Ahmad Naqash S/o Gh. Ahmad Naqash R/o Peerbagh Srinagar, the then Ex. Engineer JKPCC in the court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption Srinagar.
During the course of investigation the charges were proved against the accused. Subsequently, sanction under relevant law was obtained from the competent authority in favour of the accused for judicial determination for commission of offences.
