Jammu, Feb 14: Government categorically issued orders for implementation of RTI Act but had been made a joke by lot of officers, like office of DC, Kathua,as it shows Ist Appellant authority of long back transferred officers, lot of others had not till date appointed PIO/APIO's is a matter of concern.
Now, a reply by health department is a self speaking issue s that why authorities have not appointed Ist App.Authority & others as required under the Act.
