BJP, world’s largest party in terms of primary membership has remained true to its core philosophy of ‘’Intergral Humanism’’, put forward by Pt. Deendayal Upadhya which envisages the centrality of human beings and in pursuit of the same,PM Modi has made huge studies in realizing this timless vision. Modi era characterized by the Much Cherished Slogan of ‘’Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas” saw both breaking initiatives like establishment of international Solar Alliance in 2015 to Swacch Bharat Abhiyan which brought about a behavioural change by making cleanliness a household discussion. His efforts about to bring India out of policy paralysis as seen in UPA years and to take India out of fiscal cognize, coupled with his holistic developmental vision were recognized at International level and was shown with UN’S champions of Earth Award to king Abdulaziz Sash in Saudi Arabia to Global Goal Keeper Award by Gates Foundation, etc, all of which are testimony to his development credentials. Brought back to lead the nation in 2019, developmental plank, he took epochal steps like the extension of 73rd and 74th constituitional Act, which will boster and augment grassroot democracy. Moreover RTI Act, 2005 will act as a powerful tool for the citizenry which hitherts were kept in dark by the cronigst and dynastic parties like NC, PDP and INC- despite scurrilous remarks by opposition,our govt. has burnished its secular credentials by bringing Schemes for minorities like—Hamari Darohar, VS TTAD, etc.moreover, driving on his personal support with Saudi King & Gown Prince, the cHajj Quota allocated to India Has been increased on three occasions to take upto 2 lakh.
Specific to J&K,BJP govt. bridged the gap between two regions by equitable allocation of resources and bringing IIT, AIIMS, ring Road, Metro Projects, Ropeway Project to Jammu region which people of Jammu yearned for but were led down by populist, corrupt and self serving govt. of NC, PDP & INC. BJP govt.alsobrought reservation to people living along. International border to bring them at par with those living areas adjoining the Actual line of control.
I, as a prabhari of STCell, BJP ask the opposition as to why they are so incensed with the development measures taken for Gujjar – Bakerwal (ST’s) of J&K and especially talking about my constituency-Kalakote? With the able leadership of Mr. Jugal Kishore (MP) he has able to provide voice to the people of Jammu in the highest temple of democracy, our parliament and Mr. Ravinder Rana(State President BJP) whose secular credentials and skillfulness to solve problems of people, both have become apostle for grassroot democracy in J&K.
I hope the opposition takes note of the paradigmatic shift taking place in politics prom the politics of appeasement to politics of rights based justice and deter from mindless opposition to Modi govt. which has endeavoured to make the vision of pax Indica a reality.
