JAMMU, Jan 21: In what could be termed a good Order, Financial Commissioner Finance department , Arun Mehta , J&K has issued Orders that All India Services Officers to stay only in Govt Accommodations when travelling outside J&K; Stay Outside only if no JK Govt accommodation avaialble of they are full.
