Jammu, Jan 17: It has been published so many times illegallties committed by the big boss in the state Khurshid Shah Commissioner, PWD, who had made a record of issuing orders of assigning of additional charge/pre mature transfer/promotions and other matters related to, for which record he should have reccomended for any Padam Shree like award.
Hetransferred lot of officers in the same district from one sub div to other followed by recalling officers from deputation by pick & choose as countless engineers of PWD are still in other departments like RDD/others since years in open violation of so called Deputation Rules.
Time & again Govt had issued orders by directing officers for uploading Govt Orders in the websites of the department but the BOSS, for the reasons known to him prefer to hide maximum of Govt orders, which is a matter of enquiry.
However, snapshot, which speaks of up loading of Govt orders up to 8.30.AM on 18.01.2019 speaks the truth that how many orders have been eaten up by the boss?
