Jammu, Jan 17: Davinder Singh, Ex. DSP, now who has been dismissed from Police services for his anti nation activities & is under arrest but using his super powers had reportedly constructed a tripple story house, just touching 10 feet away from the boundary wall of army cantonment.
Pertinent to mention here that as per the orders issued by defence ministry, no construction can take place upto 50 metre from the boundary wall of any army concern but the boss has been allowed by cantonment authority's & SMC official to construct a tripple story building in violation of rules.
Reportedly, it has been said that by the said illegal act by then DSP with coperation of some cantonment/SMC officials can be put in trouble by the said construction by the then DSP.
