BARAMULLA, NOVEMBER 15: Around 15000 students and other users have so far availed the internet facility from the facilitation center established at DC Office Baramulla.
The information was revealed by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr G.N.Itoo during his inspection of the facilitation center. He was informed that about 12500 students benefited by way of submitting their online forms in for various entrance examinations and Scholarships.
Similarly, about 1200 contractors did their e-tendering, GST etc, while as various Government Departments functioning in the district availed the facility by way of direct transfer of money in to the beneficiary account numbers under various Government sponsored schemes.
