Srinagar, Nov 13: Heavy Motor Vehicles will ply from Jammu to Srinagar only while Light Motor Vehicles from both sides Today on the national highway.
About 10,000 vehicles, including 8,000 HMVs and 2000 LMVs, have reached their destination on the highway during the past 24 hours.
