Jammu, Nov 11: IGP, Jammu Zone, Jammu, Mukesh Singh had issued Formal Promotion Order in Respect of 187 HCs to the rank of ASIs besides bringing 164 HC's on Promotion List-"D" who will be promoted after passing of requisite Pre-Promotion course.
