Srinagar, July 21:: Former member of the Rajya Sabha, Ghulam Nabi Ratanpuri has resigned from the National Conference.
Ghulam Nabi Ratanpuri, a senior broadcaster at the Radio Kashmir Srinagar had quit his lifelong career in wake of 2008 assembly elections.
He was given mandate from Pulwama which he lost.
After Omar Abdullah with whom he worked during the elections, became the Chief Minister, Ratanpuri was nominated to the Rajya Sabha.
