SRINAGAR, JUNE 06: Governor Satya Pal Malik & Rahil Gupta, E-IN-C Cross Town News has expressed grief over the loss of Lance Naik Nasir Ahmed Bhatt, belonging to Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry regiment and resident of Anantnag, in an unfortunate road accident in Assam.
