Jammu, April 21 : Welcoming the Court verdict which set aside the imposition of President Rule in Uttrakhand today, the JKPCC has described it a huge victory for democracy in the Country.
Reacting to the judgment setting aside the President’s Rule and paving way for the floor test for Harish Rawat led Congress Government, JKPCC Chief Spokesman Shri Ravinder Sharma said that the Court verdict has vindicated stand of Congress party and the Modi led BJP government stands exposed in the matter. He said that the constitutional scheme has been set right and the undemocratic action of the Centre Govt. has been reversed. He said it has strengthened the faith of the people in the judicial system.
