JAMMU, Mar 9: Mr. Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Film Director and Producer, called on Governor N.N. Vohra, at the Civil Secretariat here today.
On being informed by Mr. Chopra about his plans to shoot his upcoming film in Jammu and Kashmir later this year the Governor welcomed the prospect and assured Mr. Chopra of the State Government’s support in the matter. He directed Mr. B.B. Vyas, Financial Commissioner Information, to co-ordinate all further action to ensure that the projected film shooting in the State was provided all required assistance.
