Srinagar, June11:, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti inaugurated the newly constructed Mehjoor Nagar, Srinagar Bridge for the public.
Chief Minster Mehbooba Mufti said that because of the difficult situation in Kashmir valley it took authorities three years of time to complete it otherwise the bridge was supposed to be completed two years ago.
The bridge will connect most of the areas and will reduce the traffic congestion on Solina road. While Dalgate, Khanyar, Hazratbal bound traffic coming from south city areas will use this bridge and will also connect the commuters to Soiteng, Lasjan, Padshahibagh, Nowgam and other areas.
