JAMMU, MAY 16: Jammu and Kashmir High Court has dismissed the writ petition filed by Dr Akhil Kumar Gupta who belonged to RBA Category and claimed a seat belonging to Schedule Caste Category.
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) contested the case and the Court did not find any merit in the claim of the petitioner.
Asheesh Singh Kotwal, Deputy Advocate General appeared before the Court on behalf of the BOPEE.
