JAMMU, Feb 26: Kalyan Singh, a 2001 batch KAS officer was killed when the Swift car he was driving skidded off the road and rolled down into deep gorge in Khellani area of district Doda.His wife also died in the accident.
Sources told Cross Town News, A 2001 batch KAS officer posted as Additional Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department namely Kalyan Singh Parihar, was on his way to Doda from Jammu, when his Swift car he was driving skidded off the road and rolled down into deep gorge at Khellani area of district Doda on Friday morning.
Soucres told Cross Town News that he was on his way to attend funeral of his father who died on Thursday.
