SRINAGAR, Feb 18: : As per reports PDP MLA from Pulwama Assembly segment, Mohammad Khalil Bandh was put under house arrest at his residence in Tulsibagh by police hours before he was to visit the bereaved families of the students killed in Sunday’s firing in Kakapora area.
As per reports , Khalil is not allowed to move out of is house and Police contingent is deployed.
