UDHAMPUR: One of the new fanciest Hotel in Udhampur, Blue Sapphire has been constructed in Violations of Municipal Laws.
Couple of People in Udhampur told Cross Town News that the Hotel’s construction was carried at rapid place and hardly rules have been followed
No Substantial off sets have been kept as were there in the Architect map passed by Authorities.
Also the outset parking seems to be creating issues for commuters, which gives a hollow look.
During one of the routine round of Town , then DC and SSP Udhampur had asked CEO Municipal Council for details , how this Hotel came up under violations, especially outset parking violations , but both the Officers were transferred then.
It will be though interesting to see whether CEO Municipal Council has bothered after directions to put report of same to higher authorities or where was he when violations were happening?
