Massive Transfers & Postings in J&K Civil Administration; 3 IAS officers adjusted


Transfer and Postings in J&K Civil Adminsitration

JAMMU, Jan 29: Transfers and Postings were done  by Government in Civil Administartion vide Government Order No.80-GAD of 2016, Dated:29-01-2016.

Cross Town News brings toy you the list of officials transferred and posted.

In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:-

1. Mr. Piyush Singla, IAS(JK:12), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jammu (North) is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, on deputation basis. Mr. B. Mohandas, IFS, is repatriated to the Forest Department for further posting.

2. Mr. Vikas Kundal, IAS(JK:13), awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, R.S. Pura.

3. Ms. Avny Lavasa, IAS(JK:13), awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jammu (North).

4. Mr. Anshul Garg, IAS(JK:13), awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Basholi.

5. Mr. Ranjeet Singh, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Jammu is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Doda.

6. Mr. Deep Raj, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, R.S. Pura is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Jammu. He shall hold charge of the post of Collector, ERA, Jammu, in addition to his duties.

7. Mr. Gurmukh Singh, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Basholi is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chowki Chora.

8. Mr. Ranjit Singh, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhawan, Katra is transferred and posted (on deputation) as Secretary, Jammu Municipal Corporation, against the available vacancy.

9. Mr. Shafiq Ahmad, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Poonch is transferred and posted as Project Manager, Integrated Water-shed Management Programme, Rajouri, against the available vacancy.

10. Mr. Vaibhav Kohli, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Doda is transferred and posted as SubDivisional Magistrate, Nubra, against the available vacancy.

11. Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Malik, KAS, Collector, ERA, Jammu is transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Kathua, relieving Mr. Manmohan Singh, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Kathua of the additional charge.

12. Mr. Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Shah, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gurez is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Srinagar, relieving Mr. Hamidullah Mir, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Srinagar of the additional charge. Mr. Masrat Hashim, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipore shall hold charge of the post of SubDivisional Magistrate, Gurez, in addition to his duties.

13. Mr. Attam Dev Singh, KAS, Deputy Director, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Jammu is transferred and posted as Additional Provident Fund Commissioner, Jammu, on deputation basis, against the available vacancy.

14. Mr. Sunil Kumar, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Leh is transferred and posted as Assistant Settlement Officer, Jammu, (Cross Town News)against the available vacancy. Mr. Tatpar Joldan, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaltsi shall hold charge of the post of Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Leh, in addition to own duties.

15. Mr. Mohammad Ashraf, KAS, Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Poonch is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Poonch.

16. Mr. Jagdish Singh, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chowki Chora is transferred and posted as SubDivisional Magistrate, Bhawan, Katra.

17. Mr. Farukh Qazi, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Banihal is transferred and posted as Personnel Officer in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu, against the available vacancy. Mr. Veivek Puri, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ramban shall hold charge of the post of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Banihal, in addition to his duties.

18. Mr. Manu Hansa, Functional Manager in the Industries and Commerce Department, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, on deputation basis. Advance T.E., as admissible under rules, is sanctioned in favour of the transferees, in whose case change of station is involved.
